As the days grow colder...

Things have been quiet lately as the temperatures have dropped, we both got sick, and I've buckled down to some extent. But one thing we have been doing is sewing away like Canadian beavers (thanks to the lovely studio space of Feral Childe). Some of our treasures include pins, warm up jackets, winter hats and shirts.

To supplement our sewing, we have also started to watch Project Runway (thanks to a single addictive day of illness induced t.v. watching).

Other than that, we been looking at art, making art, and finding surprise art. Pictures to follow...

A postcard from an up-coming installation I am doing for a show at Cooper Union. (This is also a picture of some of the pins that I've sewn). Make art? Like art? Fill in the blank....

Brendan wearing his brand new hat (sewn last week), bravely venturing into unknown fashion territory.

Found art on our walk to get aloe juice (blurry shot)

A close-up.

And here's the first segment of a video I'm working on. It will be in the feminist collective show at NSCAD (Dec. 3rd, called "What Would the Community Think?)...
